Joanne  Shellis is the Adroit Group Financial administrator, wearing many hats for the business. With years of experience in finance she’s always on top of where the money is, whether it’s making or taking payments to ensure all operations and projects run smoothly.

When she’s not doing the money maths in the office she supports other functions for the group including facilities management for Romsley point, from negotiating for services and suppliers, to setting off fire alarms on a Monday morning to make sure everyone starts their week alert, Joanne makes sure Romsley Point runs smoothly for the many businesses at the site.

Joanne quietly makes sure everything is functioning for the team, ready for what ever is thrown her way, she just hits the floor running and nothing phases her. Her excellent problem solving skills and calm energy make her the perfect fixer for the team. Ever the team player, Joanne will know if you’re waning and be there with a pick me up cup of tea at the ready!
